Lately, legislators have tried to gain power and limit the voice of the People, including on the 2022 ballot when they want us to raise the bar for Constitutional Amendments - not for themselves, but only for the voters. Clear Voice for Reason
Recent Sessions seem to have gone off the rails with silly bills and misbehavior. Legislators need to be reminded of the limits of power, to not be too full of themselves. Only meeting 80 days every two years. the Legislature can’t dominate the other branches or tell every day-to-day public employee and every teacher how they should do their jobs. It’s a matter of basic civics to not over-reach our constitutional authority.
